上海橡胶助剂厂有限公司创建于1931年， 2006年改制为有限公司。拥有省级橡塑防老化工程技术研究中心，并同华东理工、华南理工、南大、北化、上海电缆研究所有着广泛的产学研合作，在国内拥有的橡塑助剂技术专业人才。
公司先后承担过重大攻关项目一项、中国航天重点产品攻关项目3项，获得过省级科技成果转化项目一项，省、市科技成果奖项30多项，发明专利8项，实用新型专利10项。
